Municipal Public Library of Geitawi

Beirut's second municipal public library is located in a public garden in east Beirut, in a space provided for this purpose by the Municipality of Beirut. Because of its location in a garden, the second library focuses on the environment.

The Conseil Regional d'Ile de France, which provided the bulk of the financial support for the first library, has provided financial support for the second library.
