Our Funders and Supporters

Assabil has received generous support from the Municipality of Beirut and the Lebanese Ministry of Culture and a number of other organizations including ADIFLOR, AMIDEAST, BIBLIONEF International, the Conseil Regional d’Ile de France (CRIF), the Hachette Foundation, the Heinrich Boell Foundation, and the Ousseimi Foundation.

This support has made it possible for us to buy furniture and equipment, books and other resource materials, and to sponsor workshops and cultural events throughout the Assabil network of libraries.
